HELLER ® Indirect Dry Cooling Systems

This indirect system incorporates the use of a dry cooling tower in combination with a steam surface condenser or a direct contact jet condenser. This technology, which originates in Western Europe and the Middle East, offers increased flexibility with regard to location of the dry heat exchanger on the plant, but is not as economic as an ACC unless configured in a natural draft tower where excessive height (300 to 450 feet tall) may not be acceptable.
